First, at the 25th annual Texas Country Reporter Festival, the pleathora of unique Texas food vendors bring Bob and Kelli on a trip down memory lane to 2004 with former New York police officer turned hot dog vendor Thomas Tafuro. Tafuro serves up New York syle hot dogs on the side of I-20 with a thick New York accent, while he learns what it means to be a Texan. Then, after walking through the hundreds of Texas artisan booths at the TCR festival, Bob and Keli remember their 2008 interview with Randy Kiser, the traditionally practicing blacksmith in Paint Rock. Finally, after teasing food, goods, and music that guests can see in downtown Waxahatchee at the 25th annual TCR Festival, Bob and Keli go over the details one more time.
