First, Bob and Kelly return to Dinah Bowman’s unique art studio in Portland, TX after 30 years. With her freezer full of fish, Dinah continues to practive the traditional Japanese art form of Gyotaku, or, fish printing. Then, San Felipe native, and mayor, Bobby Byars shares the history of the central Texas town San Felipe. Byars and site manager of The San Felipe de Austin Museum, Bryan McCauley, talk about the town’s historical significance and the integral part it played in the Texas Revolution.
