First, Sally Maxwell’s ultra realist scratchboard art is a sight to behold. Based on nature photography she takes herself, Sally carves out each individual line to recreate the image and put in details that even the photograph cannot capture. Then, the Starlight Theatre Restaurant is a culinary landmark of the Terlingua ghosttown. Sitting near the edge of Big Bend National Park, people thought Bill Ivey was crazy when he turned the old theatre into a restaurant. Years later though, his son Zane Ivey has joined the business, and it is still going strong. Finally, on this return trip, Bob and Keli revisit visionary Bill Ivey, owner and restorer of the national treasure and ghost town Terilingua.
